Description
This Palladian Style Victorian bank built in 1910 is currently being restored to provide the clients with a prestigious dwelling in the heart of this heritage town. All period features are being retained including the old coach house at the rear, original windows, brickwork stonework and railings, whilst proposal to extend at the rear show how contemporary design can be respectfully added to historic buildings. The property is protected as a building of regional importance and will now be saved from decay by the patronage of the new owners.
