Due to the restricted nature of the site and the close proximity of the family home the existing shop was demolished and the fuel forecourt area was decommissioned to make way for a new build 1160m² 3 storey building. It consisted of a ground floor Spar Express convenience store, office accommodation on first and second floors and new forecourt fuel services and car wash facilities.

Completed in May 2008.
